Pricing

Customers should understand the variables of pricing for their concrete projects. Excavation requires small machinery and a dump fee to haul materials away. Concrete suppliers also have a minimum load of ready mix concrete they will deliver, typically 3 yards. They will deliver less than that but at an extreme mark up.
These can include:
-How many total yards of concrete
-What type of finish
-How accessible is the area
-How many labor hours

Driveways

Small- $6,500-$10,000
Medium- $11,000-$15,000
Large- $16,000-$40,000

Foundations

Foundations are in a separate category due to the requirement of blueprints, permits needed, heavier form boards and specialized hardware. A complete set of blueprints and an in-person appointment is required.

Patios, Sidewalks, Stairs & Flat Work

These projects are usually very unique and have factors like: excavation, curved edges, type of finish and extended labor hours. These projects would also require an initial phone consult and an on-site visit.
